I have facilitated a number of mental health workshops to secondary schools, youthreach centres, third level colleges, corporate companies and other organisations which have all proved to be very successful. The aim of these workshops are to learn about our mental health, signs and symptoms that can be linked to our decreased moods, increased stress and/or anxiety and we learn coping skills to manage the tough days we can all experience! The aim of these workshops is for you to be able to look after your mental health and well-being to be able to bounce back from the challenges life can present to us. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills are brought to these workshops in a practical way where they can be used in any environment setting. These skills are not just for one day, they are life long skills. These mental health workshops are interactive and presented through a power point presentation. Each workshop can be based on any theme or topic to suit the requirements and needs of any group or workplace. How long is a workshop?
